Clean Marina Program

DiMillo’s Old Port Marina is proud to be a member of the Clean Boatyards & Marinas Program. Please adhere to our green initiatives and follow the following guidelines.

  • All hazardous spills must be reported. Responsible parties must notify the marina and will be held accountable for any fines and resulting fees from labor or supplies for clean-up.
  • All contractors must check-in with the marina office and sign a pledge to adhere to Clean Marina’s guidelines. Contractors are also required to show proof of insurance prior to work on our property.

Dock space is limited, please note the following:

  • A deposit of one night’s dockage will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Requests for specific slips cannot be guaranteed as slip assignments are not determined until your arrival date.
  • We will try our best to keep you in one slip, but it may be necessary to move you during your stay.
  • CHECK-IN: After 2:00 PM. Early arrivals are subject to availability.
  • CHECK-OUT: No later than 11:00 AM.  Late Departures will be subject to a temporary dockage fee and are based on availability. You must check in and out with the marina office.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for vessels under 54’ may be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date with no penalty. Deposits will NOT be refunded to vessels under 59’ canceling within 7 days of the arrival date but may be used on a future visit within one year. Changes may be made to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your original arrival date.*

Reservations for vessels over 55′ may be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date with no penalty. Deposits will NOT be refunded to vessels over 60’ canceling within 14 days of the arrival date but may be used on a future visit within one year. Changes may be made to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your original arrival date (subject to availability).*

*ANY CANCELLATION MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS INCLUDES EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED DEPARTURES ON VESSELS OVER 40′. Cancellations due to weather will be determined at the marina’s discretion. Administrative fees may apply.
