Payment is due in FULL by February 28th to reserve a slip.
All new or wait-listed boats are due in full at the time a contract is offered.

Amenities & Dockside Utilities
- Gated facility with daytime staffing for assistance.
- Private Shower/Restroom – see marina staff for code upon check-in.
- Electricity – One 30-amp or 120v connection is included in the Slip Fee.
Vessels requiring an additional 30amp or a single 50amp cord must pay a $250 Surcharge. - Fresh Water – Accessible at each slip May 1st to October 31st. No additional charge.
- Vehicle Parking – Marina tenants are permitted one vehicle per boat at no charge.

All tenants must have current proof of insurance.
